Differences between the types of backup

Here are the differences between the types of backup.

Comparative table

 Copy method  Space  Speed
copy
 Restoration Situation
Complete Maximum Very slow  Very Simple  Few data to store
Complete + differential Medium  Slow  Simple  Data with speed
moderate changes
Full + Incremental Minimum  Fast  Complex   Many data with
constant changes.

As we have explained above, the backup is faster restore but time-consuming to perform and plenty of reseravado for that task.

The complete copy along with the differential backup is faster to copy complete but requires less space than the previous.

Unlike the previous two Incremental backup, does not require both space and the full backup or differential backup and copy speed is the fastest, but however its restoration is complex to perform.
